Originally from Mexico City, Cynthia was awarded the 2020 "We Need Diverse Books" Mentorship and has published early readers, chapter books, and textbooks for the educational market. Her picture book debut MI CIUDAD SINGS published by Penguin Workshop releases summer of 2022.
